His Highness Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa, His Majesty’s Representative for Humanitarian Works and Youth Affairs, the Chairman of Bapco Energies, witnessed the signing of a strategic concession agreement between the Ministry of Oil & Environment and Bapco Energies, with EOG Resources Bahrain Awali W.L.L, a subsidiary of the United States independent oil and gas exploration and production company, EOG Resources, Inc. (EOG).

Manama, Bahrain – September 25, 2025: Bapco Energies, the integrated company leading the energy transition in Bahrain, has partnered with Tyreplus Bahrain, a subsidiary of the Ebrahim K. Kanoo Group, to launch five new facilities. The partnership will see the expansion of Tyreplus’s retail network to provide a range of car services to visitors at Bapco Tazweed fuel stations in various areas across Bahrain.

The meeting focused on reviewing strategic progress, assessing group-wide initiatives, and receiving updates on the Bapco Modernization Project (BMP).

Bapco Energies, through its corporate venture arm BeVentures, has announced a strategic investment in Andium, a technology company specializing in real-time methane detection and emissions monitoring using advanced IoT and Edge-based data solutions.

Noatum Maritime Marine Services will provide critical marine support services for the offshore LNG terminal located near Khalifa Bin Salman Port which is a core component of the energy infrastructure of the Kingdom of Bahrain, designed to provide the Kingdom with a clean and reliable energy supply to meet the growth in demand for natural gas.

On the occasion of the first anniversary of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa's inauguration of the Bapco Modernisation Project, which was organised by Bapco Energies Group on December 18, 2024, and within the framework of following-up on the progress of refinery's modern units, His Highness Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Representative of His Majesty the King for Humanitarian Work and Youth Affairs, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Bapco Energies, paid an extensive inspection visit to the refinery site.
