  Powering the Next Generation Essay (mandatory): Describe your academic and professional aspirations, the reasons for pursuing postgraduate study, and how this opportunity will help you create long-term value for Bapco Energies, Bahrain’s energy sector, and the Kingdom’s future prosperity. How will you contribute to powering the next generation? (Maximum 600 words)

  NBH Essay (mandatory): His Highness Shaikh Nasser champions resilience, ambition, innovation, and service to the nation as key drivers of Bahrain’s future success. Describe an experience that best reflects one or more of these values. What challenges did you face, what impact did you create, and what did you learn about leadership through the experience? (Maximum 300 words)

  BE Values Essay (mandatory): Bapco Energies is guided by three core values: agility, innovation, and responsibility. Describe a situation in which you demonstrated one or more of these qualities to solve a problem, improve an outcome, or create value. What was your approach, and what was the result? (Maximum 300 words)

  In addition to the above mandatory questions, choose and answer one of the following essay questions:

  Building Bahrain’s Future: Bahrain’s future will depend on its ability to balance economic growth, sustainability, technological advancement, and human capital development. Describe an opportunity or challenge that you believe will significantly shape the Kingdom over the next decade. How will your expertise and leadership contribute to addressing it? (600 words)

  Transforming Responsibly: Bapco Energies is committed to delivering a secure and sustainable energy future while supporting Bahrain’s economic development. Describe a policy or public management challenge or opportunity facing Bapco Energies or the broader energy sector and analyze a practical solution. Explain how your postgraduate studies will help you contribute to advancing that solution? (600 words)

  Optional Note: You may include a discretionary explanation regarding gaps in your resume or any concerns pertaining to your background (personal, academic, professional) that you would like the Admissions Committee to consider during the evaluation of your application.
