Bapco Energies, the integrated energy company dedicated to powering the next generation and securing Bahrain’s long-term energy, has launched the NextGen Power Camp, an immersive development experience for 100 high school students who qualified to participate in the Camp as part of the selection process for the undergraduate track of the NBH Future Energy Leaders – Scholarship and Career Development Program.
The Camp brings together academic readiness activities, leadership development sessions, interactive workshops, and hands-on learning experiences designed to strengthen participants’ personal, professional, and academic capabilities. Throughout the Camp, which is being held at INJAZ Bahrain, participants will engage with Bapco Energies professionals and gain insights into innovation, sustainability, emerging energy trends, and career pathways across the sector.

The NBH Future Energy Leaders – Scholarship and Career Development Program is a flagship Bapco Energies initiative that supports high-achieving Bahrainis pursuing higher education at leading international universities. In addition to academic sponsorship, the Program provides mentorship, professional development opportunities, and industry exposure to help prepare participants for future careers.
